Day one of Radiothon is coming to a close. As of 9:08pm Monday evening the station has received $939.14 in pledged donations. This is a fantastic kickoff for our fundraiser, but there is still work to be done if we are to make our $15,000 goal. Be sure to tune in all week for the best week in radio at WUVT. If you haven't already, be sure to check out our program guide for Radiothon (designed by Art Director Ryan Broughman) at http://www.wuvt.vt.edu/images/programguide_sp10.jpg. This has each DJ's themed show for the whole week.
Thank you again for keeping independent radio alive for next year. Again, our goal is $15,000 and we are well on our way.
