THROB, or The Hard Rock of Blacksburg, is WUVT’s historic music festival that is coming BACK!!! The festival began as a fundraiser event for the station, with some instances going as long as 12 full hours of live music, all in Blacksburg. Really makes you think 🤔, what happened to the Blacksburg music scene?

We’ll be closing out THROB with our main show at The Milk Parlor featuring Playrite, Scarlet Demore, and BABE HAVEN!!!! I know yall are already cancelling your plans for Saturday so I’m not even gonna ask, just be there.

Come join us for a day full of games 👾, vendors🧦, and WUVT DJ’s spinning vinyl from our very own stacks💿💿💿. Goth Prom is HERE!!! This Friday, April 17, WUVT is hosting a night of music at the Milk Parlor with bands Saltuponwounds, CPS, and Jane Doe. Doors at 8:30. Music at 9:00. 5$ for 21+ and 7$ for unders.
